Winding up the summer with pasta....

Summer pasta salads are so refreshing. You can add almost any vegetable from your garden and can mix with a variety of dressings.

This summer I made quite a few salads from our garden using peppers, tomatoes, green beans or whatever was growing at the time.  The salad in the picture was dressed with basil pesto but I have also tried some flavored grapeseed oils from Wildtree. The Zesty Lemon Grapeseed and Basil Pesto Grapeseed oils are both delicious over a pasta salad.

Fall weather is in the air and I'm looking forward to the autumn flavors but I'm also trying to squeeze in as many last bits of summer food as well.

'till next time...

  1. I'm trying to still eat lovely light summery foods until we start with warming autumn dishes! Your pasta looks delicious.
